These terms govern your use of pandolux-llc.com and any purchase you make from Pandolux LLC. By placing an order you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

This website is operated by Pandolux LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Jersey, United States, with its registered address at 971 US HIGHWAY 202N #4474, BRANCHBURG, NJ 08876. We sell to consumers in the United States for personal and household use. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under eighteen, and we may decline or cancel any order, refunding it in full, where we believe it is fraudulent, intended for resale, or placed for an address we cannot ship to.
Orders, prices and payment
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we email you to confirm the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the affected line and refund it in full - we will always tell you before doing so.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Payment is taken by an outside payment processor through a secure link we email after the order is placed. No card data is collected, transmitted or stored by this website, and your agreement with that processor governs the payment itself.
Delivery, returns and risk
Delivery times shown on this site are estimates that include our handling time and the carrier's transit time. They are not guarantees, and carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or events outside our control do not entitle you to compensation beyond the remedies in our shipping policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our shipping policy and our returns and refunds policy form part of these terms, and where a specific rule in one of those pages differs from a general statement here, the specific rule applies.
Content, liability and governing law
Product photography, descriptions, measurements and all other material on this site belong to Pandolux LLC or our suppliers. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission. Colours on screen vary between displays, and small manufacturing variations in natural materials such as wood are normal rather than defects.
We are responsible for the goods we sell and for delivering what we describe. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under US consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and we may update them at any time by revising the date shown at the top of this page.
